	1 Double Queen Adjacent to the Leland House, this unique room offers a small sitting area, 2 queen size beds, and private bathroom. Pet friendly.
	The Pittman Suite This very spacious suite offers two separate bedrooms one with King bed and one with queen size bed, each with private bathroom. Also included is a spacious living room and full kitchen. View on the balcony overlook 2nd Ave. Great for a large family or two couples.

Reservation Notes:

The Leland House & Rochester Hotel recommends advance reservations and requires a one-night reservation deposit. If you have to cancel your visit with us, please provide a two-week notice in order to receive a refund on your deposit.
All major credit cards are accepted, no out-of-state checks.

Breakfast is served from 7:00 - 9:00 a.m. across the street in our beautiful Rochester Hotel lobby. Accommodations can be made for special dietary needs (i.e. allergies to eggs/dairy, nuts, diabetes or low cholesterol diets).
Rates based on double occupancy. Some rooms can accommodate 3-6 people.
Additional person charge is $20/person/night
